Client advisor (m/f/d)

Nexova AG seeks a Client Advisor in Basel to serve as a strategic partner for startups and SMEs, managing fiduciary matters, financial statements, and compliance using digital tools in a fully remote environment.

As the first fully remote fiduciary firm in Switzerland, Nexova AG provides digital accounting, payroll, and tax advisory services to startups and SMEs. The Client Advisor serves as a strategic partner, guiding clients through their business journey using modern tools and digital expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of startup and SME clients, advising on all fiduciary matters including accounting, payroll, tax returns, and financial planning.
• Prepare annual financial statements and maintain client accounts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Handle VAT returns, social insurance declarations, and ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards (OR).
• Take full responsibility for mandates and client projects, organizing work autonomously.
• Challenge existing workflows, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of digital fiduciary services.
• Take on more complex mandates as a Senior Client Advisor and pursue further qualification as a certified fiduciary expert.

Requirements

• Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a fiduciary firm.
• Digitally savvy and familiar with common fiduciary and accounting software.
• Very good German skills and solid English for communication with our international clients.
