Senior Client Advisor (80-100%)

Nexova AG seeks a Senior Client Advisor to independently manage complex fiduciary mandates for startups and SMEs in a fully remote Swiss firm. The role offers autonomy, flexible hours, and a clear path to leadership.

As the first fully remote fiduciary firm in Switzerland, Nexova AG provides digital accounting, payroll, and tax advisory services to startups and SMEs. This position involves independently overseeing a demanding client portfolio, serving as a long-term trusted advisor, and actively contributing to the evolution of digital fiduciary processes. High performers may progress to Team Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary senior contact for a diverse portfolio of startup and SME clients, addressing all fiduciary needs including accounting, payroll, and complex tax advisory at national and international levels.
• Independently manage the full scope of client mandates, including ongoing bookkeeping, payroll processing, VAT returns, annual financial statements, and comprehensive tax advisory.
• Ensure strict adherence to Swiss regulatory requirements, including accounting standards (OR), social insurance declarations, and other mandate-specific obligations.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to strengthen client relationships, expand the portfolio, and maintain high service quality.
• Contribute to the development of digital fiduciary services by challenging existing workflows and proposing innovative process improvements.

Requirements

• Hold a Fiduciary Expert diploma (eidg. Diplom Treuhandexperte), Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services, or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in a fiduciary firm, with at least 3 to 4 years in an independent or advisory capacity.
• Demonstrate digital proficiency and familiarity with standard fiduciary and accounting software.
• Communicate fluently in German and possess solid English skills for international client interactions.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision and organize tasks effectively.
• Address issues proactively and communicate early to prevent problems.
• Maintain a client-focused approach and explain complex topics clearly.
