Nexova AG seeks a Team Lead to guide a small team of advisors while managing client mandates in digital accounting and tax advisory. This fully remote role blends technical fiduciary expertise with leadership duties.
As the first fully remote fiduciary firm in Switzerland, Nexova AG provides digital accounting, payroll, and tax advisory services to startups and SMEs. This position merges hands-on client advisory work with team leadership, requiring the candidate to balance personal mandate responsibility with the development of a small group of Client Advisors and Accountants.
Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a small group of Client Advisors and Accountants, overseeing workload distribution and encouraging a mindset focused on quality and individual accountability.
- Manage a personal portfolio of client mandates, providing expert advice on accounting, tax, and fiduciary issues using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Evaluate current workflows, introduce digital tools, and implement automation to enhance the efficiency and scalability of fiduciary operations.
- Provide strategic insights to management, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and participate in shaping the company's service offerings.
- Propose innovative ideas and challenge established procedures to help define the future direction of digital fiduciary services.
Requirements
- Hold a Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services, an Eidg. Diplom Treuhandexperte, or an equivalent credential.
- Possess several years of professional background in fiduciary services, with prior leadership experience being highly desirable.
- Demonstrate strong digital literacy and familiarity with standard accounting and fiduciary software platforms.
- Communicate fluently in German and possess a solid command of English to interact with international clients.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Business Central is considered a plus.
