Clinical Trial Manager

AurigaVision AG seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in Zug, CH, to lead global Phase III trials, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance in a hybrid role.

The company is looking for a senior professional to direct the operational execution of international Phase III studies from initiation through completion. This position involves coordinating with contract research organizations to maintain high-quality standards across all vendor outputs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of worldwide Phase III studies from start to finish.
• Create and control study schedules, financial plans, and team assignments.
• Supervise contract research organizations and verify that all vendor outputs meet quality standards.
• Lead study team meetings and deliver regular progress reports to leadership.
• Guarantee that all trial activities adhere to Good Clinical Practice, regulatory rules, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a closely related field.
• Six to ten years of experience in clinical operations with growing levels of responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing multi-center, international Phase III trials.
• Fluent English communication abilities.
