Cluster Security Manager 80 – 100% (f/m/d)

The company seeks a Senior Cluster Security Manager based in Zürich to lead security strategy, threat analysis, and crisis management across a regional cluster, reporting to the Head of Regional Security.

This position serves as a recognized subject matter expert in security, providing functional support across a designated country or cluster. The role focuses on researching and interpreting emerging threats to protect employees, assets, and operations while driving organizational resilience and implementing global security strategies. The manager reports directly to the Head of Regional Security.

Responsibilities

• Analyze domestic and international security threats to deliver timely assessments and advisories.
• Provide expert security support across the assigned region, ensuring alignment with regional standards and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance by conducting audits, inspections, and monitoring evolving security legislation.
• Advise on security risk management to support key business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and behavioral change through global and regional security initiatives.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to enhance security awareness and performance.
• Lead or support security projects, managing objectives, resources, and reporting.
• Coordinate organizational resilience, emergency response, and crisis management at the country level.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of advanced education and significant experience as a security specialist.
• Proven expertise in threat intelligence, risk analysis, and crisis management.
• Strong understanding of security standards, legislation, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
• Experience coaching and advising leaders on security matters within a complex organization.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security programs, projects, and budgets effectively.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in organizational resilience, emergency response, and business continuity coordination.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment and manage responsibilities across multiple countries.
• Approx. 30% Travel required.
