Responsibilities
- Spearhead corporate development projects and performance enhancement programs.
- Pinpoint and measure opportunities for cost reduction, margin expansion, and growth.
- Evaluate financial, commercial, and operational data to spot discrepancies, question underlying assumptions, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and decision-support materials for senior leadership and the Board.
- Foster alignment across different functions and regional teams.
- Create and uphold strong governance structures and performance tracking systems.
- Ensure rigorous execution and consistent follow-up on initiatives.
- Contribute to and guide change management processes.
Requirements
- Six to eight years of experience in corporate strategy, transformation, performance improvement, value creation, or top-tier consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial and commercial drivers, including EBIT, margins, cost structures, and productivity KPIs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic goals to financial outcomes.
- A structured, hands-on, and results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
