Creative Designer

Airapps is seeking a Creative Designer in Lisbon to shape brand identity and deliver engaging visuals across platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

This position plays a key part in defining the company's visual language and producing compelling designs for various channels. The designer will work closely with different departments to guarantee a unified and impactful user journey.

Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold a uniform visual style that matches brand standards.
• Produce eye-catching graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Content groups to convert project needs into effective visual outputs.
• Refine designs through stakeholder feedback and improve assets using user data and performance results.
• Maintain high production standards and perform quality checks on all design materials.
• Employ standard design applications to generate and distribute files in various formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
