Creator Relations

Air Apps is seeking a Creator Relations Specialist based onsite in Zürich to manage the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding to payment and relationship building.

This position focuses on managing the complete journey of creator partnerships, starting with identifying suitable talent and ending with contract coordination and payment. The role is designed for an individual who excels at building personal connections, thrives on operational precision, and is dedicated to supporting creators in achieving their best results.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify creators that match the company's vision and content objectives.
• Oversee the entire partnership process, including initial outreach, onboarding, briefing, and contract management.
• Establish clear deliverables, schedules, and expectations for each collaboration.
• Review submitted work, offer constructive feedback, and ensure content meets quality and brand standards.
• Verify that all deliverables are complete and accurate prior to final approval.
• Collaborate with the finance department to process creator payments accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, serving as their main point of contact.
• Keep detailed and organized records of all agreements, submissions, and project outcomes.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align creator content with overall company objectives.

Requirements

• Approximately two years of experience in creator relations, partnerships, influencer management, or talent operations.
• Demonstrated track record of managing creators or freelancers from initial sourcing through final payment.
• Strong organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail and consistent follow-through.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing individual relationships effectively.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, content trends, and the creator economy.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite and manage in-person interactions and events.
