Verity seeks a Creative Client Engagement Manager in Zürich to drive growth by building relationships with creative teams and shaping drone show concepts for major live entertainment productions.
This position is central to the company's expansion, focusing on connecting with directors and designers of large-scale shows. The role combines creative strategy with relationship management to turn client visions into compelling drone show concepts.
Responsibilities
- Travel to studios, venues, and industry events to establish strong connections with creative teams.
- Translate client ideas into innovative concepts and lead creative brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of drone technology capabilities and execution challenges alongside the engineering team.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships to keep the company top-of-mind for future projects.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in live events, show design, or entertainment technology (e.g., lighting, audio, scenic design, production).
- Strong creative intuition and the ability to generate ideas that inspire others.
- Confidence working with artists, directors, and designers, with the ability to build trust and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Some client-facing or commercial experience, recognizing that relationship-building is core to the role.
- Genuine interest in technology and strong English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
