Creative Production Project Manager

Groupe la prairie seeks a Senior Creative Production Project Manager in Zürich to coordinate creative campaigns and oversee end-to-end production workflows across multiple channels.

This position acts as the primary link between creative concepts and their practical implementation. The role is responsible for guiding creative campaigns from initial development through final execution, ensuring that production processes run efficiently across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Go-to-Market departments such as Marketing, Digital, Social Media, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Communications to align on content strategy and execution.
  • Work with the Process & Planning team to manage studio deliverables and project timelines.
  • Oversee Art Directors and external freelancers during the creative concept phase to maintain visual excellence and brand image strategy.
  • Handle the full lifecycle of creative production, including photo shoots, video projects, and CGI work, from initial briefing to final feedback.
  • Collaborate with external agencies on post-production tasks to guarantee high-quality outputs.
  • Assist in the review, approval, and adaptation of creative assets alongside relevant departments.
  • Manage internal invoicing procedures.
  • Handle supplier invoicing and follow up on payments.
  • Draft contracts and oversee the signing and approval process.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in project management and creative production
  • Vendor management and collaboration with external partners
  • Budget control and financial oversight, Contract administration
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in English required
  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office Suite

Nice to have

  • Experience in luxury, beauty or fashion
  • Experience working across diverse, cross-functional, and international environments
