CRM Application Manager

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a CRM Application Manager in Kriens to act as Product Owner for a new CRM and Sales & Marketing Automation system. The role combines strategic project leadership with ongoing application support and maintenance.

The company is launching a strategic initiative to implement a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales and Marketing Automation (SMA) platform. This position serves as the Product Owner, leading the business-side efforts to define requirements, manage the rollout, and ensure the successful adoption of these tools across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Product Owner for the new CRM and SMA systems, managing business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead the strategic implementation project, guiding the transition from legacy processes to the new digital infrastructure.
• Define and maintain development roadmaps to align application features with business goals.
• Oversee release planning, including coordinating testing phases to ensure quality before deployment.
• Provide second-level technical support, resolving incidents and assisting customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the stability and maintenance of existing business applications under your purview.
• Design and deliver user training programs to facilitate smooth adoption of the new systems.

Requirements

• A university degree or diploma from a higher technical college, ideally in business informatics or industrial engineering.
• Strong expertise in CRM solutions, with specific proficiency in BSI Customer Suite being highly preferred.
• Several years of professional experience in application management or business analysis roles.
• Prior work experience within the financial services industry, particularly involving sales management, marketing, or business development.
• Fluent proficiency in German and good command of English for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Finnova banking system is considered a beneficial asset.
