Data Management Support (German-speaking)

CTC Resourcing Solutions AG seeks a German-speaking Data Management Support specialist in Bern for an 8-month onsite contract. The role focuses on validating data systems and supporting pharmaceutical operations.

This position places a German-speaking Data Support Engineer within a major pharmaceutical organization. The engagement is structured as an eight-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and validate STATISTICA workspaces to automate data evaluation from LIMS and MES systems, ensuring data integrity and analysis accuracy.
• Manage document archiving processes, including preparing, organizing, and transferring records to the Scan Competence Center.
• Provide support for Validation and MS&T projects by handling data extraction, processing, analysis, reporting, and sample management.
• Update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other controlled documents within the MS&T and Validation departments.

Requirements

• Hold a valid working/residency permit or possess Swiss/EU citizenship.
• Possess a science degree (e.g., Bachelor, Master, PhD in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, biology, or chemistry) or comparable education, or have several years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and German.

• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations.
