Interactive Things is a design and development studio based in Zürich that specializes in human data interaction. Responsibilities

• Apply and enhance existing skills through real-world projects within a cross-functional team of designers and developers.
• Learn data visualization design and development methods through a practical and theoretical curriculum.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Swiss work permit or possess EU/EFTA citizenship.
• Be available to work in the Zürich studio two days a week.
• Be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Have a basic understanding of data visualization and information design.
• Have some familiarity with modern web development with JS, CSS, and HTML.
• Have some experience with data visualization in a web development context.

Nice to have

• Experience with Javascript/Typescript, React, Next.js or D3.js.
• Experience with building web applications with React or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with data analysis and experimentation with Python or R.
