Demand & Supply Planner

Nestlé seeks a Demand & Supply Planner in La Tour-de-Peilz to coordinate business growth solutions, ensuring product availability and optimizing supply chain efficiency through data-driven planning.

Positioned within the Business Growth Solutions team, this role functions as a central link between sales, production, logistics, and customers. The primary objective is to guarantee that finished goods are available for consumers while balancing the complexities of the supply network.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly business planning cycle by collaborating with finance and business managers to create a comprehensive 18-month demand forecast.
• Work closely with major clients to develop forecasting strategies based on sell-out metrics and inventory levels, aiming to increase prediction accuracy.
• Oversee the full supply planning lifecycle to satisfy customer requirements while managing network constraints and production limitations.
• Evaluate producer performance by reviewing order parameters and minimum quantities to enhance supply reliability and product freshness.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to capacity limits, material shortages, or potential waste through stakeholder engagement.
• Refine planning master data to support automation efforts and drive continuous operational improvements.

Requirements

• Proven background in demand planning, supply planning, or vendor-managed inventory within complex supply chain settings.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to convert data into practical, actionable insights.
• Fluent proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication.
