Director Commercial Operations International

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and commercial performance across various international territories.
• Oversee business planning, forecasting, and the management of commercial metrics.
• Build and manage strategic alliances and distribution partnerships.
• Ensure readiness and successful execution for new product and country launches.
• Create and implement commercial and brand strategies for the international portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
• Identify and assess new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
• Develop business cases to support strategic investment decisions.
• Maintain strong governance, operational discipline, and effective execution in international markets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in international commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong background in distributor or partner-based business models.
• Proven track record of launching products across multiple international markets.
• Experience in commercial strategy, brand planning, and market expansion.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex matrix organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.
