This position provides strategic international leadership within a growing organization, offering direct exposure to diverse global markets and the execution of innovative product launches. The role is central to driving commercial performance and ensuring successful market entry and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and commercial performance across various international territories.
- Oversee business planning, forecasting, and the management of commercial metrics.
- Build and manage strategic alliances and distribution partnerships.
- Ensure readiness and successful execution for new product and country launches.
- Create and implement commercial and brand strategies for the international portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
- Develop business cases to support strategic investment decisions.
- Maintain strong governance, operational discipline, and effective execution in international markets.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in international commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong background in distributor or partner-based business models.
- Proven track record of launching products across multiple international markets.
- Experience in commercial strategy, brand planning, and market expansion.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Ability to operate effectively within complex matrix organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English required.
