Responsibilities
- Analyze shipment data to verify customer needs and regulatory rules, while checking all documents for accuracy.
- Prepare legally compliant clearance declarations using internal company software.
- Reach out to clients or government bodies to resolve any missing or unclear information.
- Handle standard disputes between customers and customs authorities.
- Develop strong client relationships and advise on the most suitable clearance options.
- Manage workload efficiently within strict deadlines in a high-volume office setting.
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team in a busy office environment.
