Michael Page is recruiting a Mid-level E2E Supply Planner for a renowned Biotech firm in Zug. This 12-month contract role focuses on end-to-end supply planning within a complex, multi-layered supply chain.
The company is seeking a Supply Planner to support a major implementation project. The position involves managing end-to-end supply plans for commercial assets, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align supply strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive supply plans that balance demand, inventory, capacity, and supply across a complex, multi-layered network.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability, resolve short-term supply disruptions, identify potential risks, and assist with Regulatory CMC variations.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Coordinate product launches and manage lifecycle activities, engaging with multiple stakeholders throughout the product's life.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data using Excel and planning systems to optimize supply chain processes.
Requirements
- A diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in supply planning, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with various ERPs and planning systems.
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting supply planning for Regulatory CMC variations.
- Background in product lifecycle management.
- Prior exposure to regulatory processes within supply chain contexts.
