Engineering Technician (FH)

GRZ Technologies in Avenches seeks an Engineering Technician (FH) to design systems using SolidWorks, manage technical documentation, and coordinate with suppliers in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsibilities

• Create system and component designs using SolidWorks 3D CAD software.
• Generate technical drawings that comply with relevant norms and specifications.
• Manage goods reception and support workshop work preparation (AVOR), including maintaining ERP data, bills of materials, and technical records.
• Prepare quality documentation, such as materials for third-party design reviews.
• Coordinate and maintain contact with external suppliers.

Requirements

• Completion of an apprenticeship as a draughtsman or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience, preferably in pressure vessels, hydrogen, natural gas, or a related sector.
• Strong technical understanding combined with practical mechanical skills.
• An analytical approach to problem-solving with a clear focus on quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD tools, specifically SolidWorks.

• Further qualification as an Engineering Technician (FH).
• Good spoken and written English skills.
