GRZ Technologies seeks a full-time Technician in Avenches to manufacture pressure vessels and commission systems within an international energy technology team.
This position places the employee at the center of innovative hydrogen technology development. The role demands significant personal accountability while operating within a fast-paced, global work setting.
Responsibilities
- Produce pressure vessels, process equipment, and stainless-steel components based on engineering specifications.
- Handle the assembly, installation, and initial commissioning of intricate systems.
- Occasionally travel to client locations across Switzerland and internationally for installation, service, and maintenance tasks.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance departments to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Completion of an apprenticeship as a mechanic, welder, fabricator, or equivalent technical training.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
- Solid practical background in mechanical assembly, piping, pressure systems, or pneumatic systems.
- A work style characterized by reliability, independence, and a focus on quality.
- Fluency in either English or German.
Nice to have
- Further training as a technician.
- Certified welding qualifications and hands-on welding experience.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
