SKAN AG seeks a Service & Qualification Technician for the Bern, Lausanne, and Valais regions. The role focuses on installing, commissioning, and qualifying cleanroom systems and laboratory equipment for pharmaceutical clients.
As a pioneer in cleanroom equipment and isolator development for the pharmaceutical sector, SKAN AG requires a technician to handle the professional installation, commissioning, and qualification of advanced laboratory workbenches and cleanroom systems. This position covers service activities across the Bern, Lausanne, and Valais areas, ensuring clients receive expert support for their laboratory technology needs.
Responsibilities
- Installing and commissioning new systems, with a focus on laboratory environments.
- Performing maintenance, repairs, and relocation of existing systems at customer locations.
- Conducting room decontamination procedures.
- Qualifying cleanrooms, cleanroom systems, and laboratory equipment directly at client sites.
- Providing technical support and advice to clients in the laboratory technology field.
Requirements
- Completion of technical vocational training in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, HVAC, or building services engineering.
- Fluency in German is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Nice to have
- Several years of experience as a service technician or in technical field service.
- Background in GMP environments, including experience with system calibration and qualification.
- French language skills, which are beneficial for assignments in the Lausanne region.
- Residence in the region between Bern, Lausanne, and Valais.
