Financial Messaging QA Engineer

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Financial Messaging QA Engineer in Luzern to validate SWIFT systems and ensure compliance with financial messaging standards.

This position places a SWIFT Test Analyst within a financial services client team. The core objective is to maintain high quality standards for financial messaging through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and run test plans, cases, and scripts to check the functionality and performance of financial messaging platforms.
• Test message formats, protocols, and interfaces to guarantee adherence to industry norms and regulatory rules.
• Produce test data, spot and report system vulnerabilities, and partner with developers to fix identified problems.
• Work with various teams to evaluate business needs, convert them into test scenarios, and identify potential quality risks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial messaging and Quality Assurance within agile settings.
• Familiarity with test management and data tools like Jira, GitLab, SQL, or MS Access.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
