Founder's Associate

Bjak seeks a Founder's Associate in Zürich to drive high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, and operations. The role focuses on solving new challenges, building capabilities, and executing projects as the company scales.

This position serves as a key partner to the leadership team, tackling complex business and product challenges while establishing new processes and capabilities. The associate will take full ownership of cross-functional projects, ensuring successful execution and delivering tangible business results as Bjak expands.
