Founder's Associate - Marketing & Demand Generation

Urban Connect AG seeks a Junior Founder's Associate in Schlieren to build demand generation strategies and product positioning within its mobility ecosystem.

This position is designed for exceptional students or recent graduates who wish to understand how a high-growth technology company operates from the inside. Associates will work directly with the founders and leadership team, taking ownership of strategically important projects while gaining exposure across product, strategy, commercial growth, and operations. The programme aims to develop future entrepreneurs, operators, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an integrated demand generation engine for the entire product portfolio.
• Develop clear product positioning strategies across the mobility ecosystem.
• Create thought leadership materials and sales enablement content.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer behavior patterns.
• Experiment with AI tools, automation, and new growth channels.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
