Global & EUR Safety Lead

The Global & EUR Safety Lead at Nestlé in La Tour-de-Peilz drives Safety, Health, and Environment strategy across factories, focusing on cultural transformation, risk management, and stakeholder alignment in a senior hybrid role.

This senior position is responsible for leading and strengthening the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategy across Nestlé's factories. The role works closely with local SHE teams, factory leadership, and internal and external stakeholders to embed safety as a core leadership value and drive cultural transformation at the shopfloor level.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SHE principles into daily operations and decision-making to reinforce accountability.
• Transform shopfloor safety culture by coaching frontline leaders and using targeted communication.
• Implement global SHE standards across CPW factories, balancing consistency with local ownership.
• Enhance risk management and resilience through robust audit frameworks and proactive prevention plans.
• Develop factory leaders and SHE professionals to build sustainable expertise and long-term compliance.
• Identify, share, and scale best practices and innovative solutions to accelerate continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally to elevate SHE outcomes and support safe, sustainable operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SHE within complex industrial environments, with a track record in driving safety culture transformation.
• Strong expertise in SHE management systems, auditing, and risk management.
• Recognized safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent).
• Highly effective stakeholder influencer, able to engage, challenge, and align leaders across functions, geographies, and levels.
• Clear and impactful communicator, fluent in English.
