Awin AG seeks a German-speaking Global Integration Analyst to provide technical support for brand onboarding. This hybrid mid-level role requires strong coding knowledge and bilingual communication skills.
Positioned within the Technical Services department, this role supports the launch of major brands onto the Awin Network. The analyst acts as a bridge between client marketing and technical teams, ensuring the timely and accurate implementation of custom online tracking solutions. The position operates on a hybrid schedule with regular in-office attendance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive technical integration assistance to clients during their onboarding phase.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison, offering clear guidance to client teams.
- Rapidly identify and troubleshoot errors in client configurations, proposing viable solutions.
- Manage client objections regarding setup configurations that do not meet internal standards.
- Work towards monthly team performance goals, with incentives for exceeding targets.
- Conduct technical reviews and sign-offs on work completed by other team members.
- Document and escalate platform bugs or technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain and update internal and external knowledge base resources.
- Train internal staff on technical processes and platform features.
- Test new platform developments and feature releases.
Requirements
- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, SQL, and JavaScript; PHP knowledge is preferred.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and their operational mechanics.
- Fluency in both English and German at a C1 level or higher.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, preferably backed by customer service experience.
- An IT-related degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Prior experience or knowledge of PHP.
