IT Support Analyst

The company seeks a Mid-level IT Support Analyst in Bienne to deliver first and second-level technical assistance across 19 EMEA sites as part of the local GIT team.

This position supports the GIT team in Bienne by delivering first and second-level technical assistance to staff across 19 EMEA locations. The role ensures smooth daily operations through prompt troubleshooting, asset management, and system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily operational and technical assistance for personal computers and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document all service requests and technical issues promptly.
• Document installation and configuration steps for standard and custom software solutions.
• Oversee the rollout and deployment of new software and hardware assets.
• Keep an up-to-date inventory of all client devices and equipment.
• Build and maintain a user-facing knowledge base.
• Work with the Cybersecurity group to keep network assets protected.
• Support regional expansion efforts, including office openings or relocations.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Fluent command of both French and English.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Prior experience in Desktop or Help Desk support roles.
