IT Support Specialist 80-100% (f/m/d)

LGT seeks an IT Support Specialist in Zürich to deliver first and second-level technical assistance within a multilingual, hybrid work environment.

The company invites candidates to join the LGT IT Service Desk, where they will provide first and second-level support for LGT Bank Switzerland. This position operates within a multilingual setting, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist internal clients across various locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal users through phone calls, remote sessions, or in-person visits.
• Handle user inquiries, diagnose issues, and resolve problems independently or by collaborating with other departments.
• Update the internal knowledge base and develop training materials to enhance support quality.
• Travel to different Swiss locations to provide on-site assistance when necessary.

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist EFZ or an equivalent qualification with additional IT training.
• Strong understanding of hardware components and Microsoft 365 applications, including Windows 10/11, MS Office, and MS Teams.
• Practical experience with mobile communication tools, particularly iOS devices.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Possession of a valid Category B driving license.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages, with French or Italian being preferred.
