Lee Hecht Harrison seeks a Mid-level Onsite IT Support Specialist in Vernier, CH, to manage Level 1/2 incidents and support end users with hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
The company is looking for an IT professional to deliver direct technical assistance to staff at their Vernier location. This position focuses on resolving daily technical issues, maintaining infrastructure, and helping employees effectively use digital workplace tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site technical assistance for hardware, software, mobility devices, and meeting room systems.
- Handle and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical tickets and incidents.
- Assist with the rollout and monitoring of both local and global IT initiatives.
- Train staff on digital tools and encourage the adoption of new technologies.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure a positive experience for all users.
- Work closely with international IT departments and third-party service providers.
- Oversee the upkeep and management of IT assets and network infrastructure.
- Adhere to internal compliance standards and quality procedures.
- Engage in projects aimed at improving IT service delivery and operational processes.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable professional experience.
- Between 2 and 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of providing end-user assistance in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft ecosystems, including Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and Teams.
- Solid understanding of desktop environments, networking, mobility solutions, and conferencing systems.
- Fluent French and professional-level English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to IT project management or user training and enablement activities.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or established IT support best practices.
- Previous experience operating within a regulated industry environment.
