The Group L&D Intern at Richemont supports the Learning and Development team by managing digital learning platforms, curating content, and analyzing learner data to enhance employee growth and engagement.
This internship sits within the Group Learning and Development team, which focuses on improving learning experiences and fostering a supportive work environment. The position helps the organization adapt to rapid changes by empowering employees to develop their skills. The intern will join a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team dedicated to continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Administer digital learning platforms (LMS, LXP) by tracking learner activity and generating analysis reports.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to oversee digital platform operations.
- Select and organize relevant digital content to support learning initiatives alongside subject matter experts.
- Update vendor procedures and handle administrative access for learner reporting.
- Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders as required.
- Organize bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors.
- Provide administrative assistance for various L&D projects involving Group L&D and Central Functions.
- Facilitate community discussions on digital platforms and learning consumption, including preparing presentation materials.
- Assist with organizing global events and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Curious and creative thinker, preferably with an academic qualification.
- Data driven person with an analytical mindset.
- Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a Digital leaning tool.
- Basic planning, project management and communication skills.
- Organized and proactive.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- At ease with MS Office.
- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
- Must be a Serial learner.
- Available for a 6-month Internship with starting date 15.06.2026.
- Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory.
Nice to have
- Understanding or practice of Instruction Design and Adult Learning pedagogy.
- French language skills.
