Group L&D Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Group L&D Intern in Bellevue, CH, to support learning initiatives, analyze data, and enhance the work environment through digital platforms.

This internship sits within the Group Learning and Development team. The position focuses on improving learning experiences and fostering a supportive workplace. It aims to help employees and the organization adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing landscape.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks on digital learning platforms, such as extracting and analyzing learner activity data to generate reports.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to manage learner data and reporting requirements.
• Select and curate relevant digital content to support learning goals, working closely with subject matter experts.
• Review vendor processes and manage administrative access for learner reporting.
• Organize bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors.
• Provide administrative assistance for various L&D projects involving Group L&D and Central Functions.
• Lead community engagement on digital platforms and learning consumption, including preparing presentation materials.
• Assist the team with organizing global events and community engagement activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Availability for a six-month internship period.
• A valid internship agreement with your educational institution is mandatory.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
• An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Basic competencies in planning, project management, and communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Current academic enrollment or qualification is preferred.
• Knowledge or practical experience in Instructional Design and Adult Learning pedagogy is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Learning Management Systems or digital learning tools is preferred.
• French language skills are considered a plus.
