Swiss Learning & Development Intern

A 6-month hybrid internship at Richemont's Geneva HQ supporting the Learning & Development department with training coordination, platform management, and community engagement.

The company is seeking a candidate for a six-month internship within its Learning & Development division. The position is based at the headquarters in Geneva and focuses on helping staff enhance their professional abilities. The role involves designing educational programs and adapting content to meet specific training goals through a mix of digital and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with outside providers to organize and run training events, ensuring smooth delivery across various formats and locations.
  • Foster the 'Richemont Toastmasters' group by driving initiatives that boost member involvement and activity.
  • Handle user permissions and license distribution for Speexx and Coursera to maximize platform usage.
  • Set up, update, and oversee learning activities in the Cornerstone LMS, including handling registrations and closing out completed sessions.
  • Assist other teams with archiving course data and building new entries in the system.
  • Arrange catering for training events to guarantee prompt and high-standard service.
  • Maintain participant lists, verify attendance with providers, and send out post-session surveys to collect feedback.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring prompt and clear communication regarding updates and questions.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a comparable discipline.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent command of both English and French.
  • Availability for a six-month term beginning on August 1, 2026.
  • A formal internship agreement from the candidate's educational institution is required.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in project management activities is considered a plus.
