Swiss Learning & Development Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Learning & Development Intern in Bellevue, CH, for a 6-month full-time onsite role starting August 1, 2026, to support training programs and LMS management.

The company is looking for an intern to join its Learning & Development team at the Geneva headquarters. This position supports Richemont employees in enhancing their skills through virtual sessions and in-person classes, adapting training offers to meet specific objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external partners to organize and manage online and on-site training sessions.
• Support the Richemont Toastmasters community by implementing strategies to boost member engagement.
• Handle user access and assignments for Speexx and Coursera licenses to optimize platform usage.
• Create and maintain learning events in the Cornerstone LMS, including managing registrations and closing sessions.
• Provide assistance to other departments for course history and creation within the system.
• Oversee catering logistics for training events to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage participant lists, confirm attendance with vendors, and distribute post-training evaluation forms.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in HR, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and French.
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting on August 1, 2026.
• Mandatory internship agreement from the candidate's educational institution.

• Previous experience in project management activities.
