This position serves as a central HR partner for the entity, focusing on the full employee lifecycle. The advisor supports line managers through coaching and drives key people strategies, including recruitment, engagement, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle to secure and keep high-quality candidates.

• Advise and coach managers and staff on various human resources matters.
