HR Manager Switzerland – Temporary – Maternity Leave

Alpiq Hydro Aare AG seeks an HR Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover in Lausanne. The role oversees Swiss HR operations, supports leadership, and drives process improvements within a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute HR workflows for Swiss staff and line managers.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, compensation, and internal communications.
• Provide guidance to leadership on personnel matters and conflict resolution.
• Analyze business requirements to inform broader HR strategies.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives and align local efforts with global HR standards.
• Contribute to worldwide HR initiatives and adapt global procedures for the Swiss market.

Requirements

• A university degree or Federal Certificate in Human Resources Management.
• At least five years of HR generalist experience within international or matrix environments.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment regulations.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• A strong aptitude for technology and a focus on streamlining processes.

• Working knowledge of German.
