Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A university degree or Federal Certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • At least five years of HR generalist experience within international or matrix environments.
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • A strong aptitude for technology and a focus on streamlining processes.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of German.
