This internship supports the HR department at Richemont, a global luxury leader in jewelry, watches, and accessories. The role focuses on HRIS onboarding, data processing, and contributing to HR initiatives that align with the company's creative values and commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to posting ads and managing hiring steps.
  • Help design and maintain training, development, and compensation programs.
  • Participate in performance review processes.
  • Manage disciplinary and grievance matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance and equal employment opportunity data.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards, including monitoring workplace conditions.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business performance and employee engagement.
  • Process complex HR data, advise team members, and improve data collection tools and administrative workflows.
  • Guide managers in resolving employee relations cases and support them during formal hearings.
  • Prepare and deliver HR analytics reports.
  • Investigate standard compliance incidents using established procedures and take corrective action.
  • Create and organize complex documents using standard office applications.
  • Collect and summarize data for special reporting needs.
  • Produce, update, and provide best-practice guidance on Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.
  • Build strong internal relationships and deliver high-quality professional services under senior guidance.
  • Stay informed about company policies, regulatory codes, and conduct standards.
  • Seek supervisor approval for any deviations from mandatory procedures.
  • Enhance professional capabilities through assessment, development planning, and formal or informal training.
  • Keep up with relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices via ongoing education, conferences, and specialist media.

Requirements

  • Short-cycle tertiary education.
  • Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
  • Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
