Aufgaben

• Handle IT incidents and service requests via MS-Teams and Jira Service Management.
• Onsite analysis and resolution of complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide functional support for central business applications (SAP Business One, Infor LN, Salesforce).

Anforderungen

• IT education and experience in IT Support / Service Desk.
• Solid knowledge in Windows, M365, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Infor LN, Salesforce).
