Industry & Client Leader Public Sector– Senior Manager/Director

Wirz & Partners Management Consulting AG seeks a Senior Manager/Director to lead client acquisition and business growth in the public and education sectors in Zug, CH. The role requires proven sales success and direct access to key public sector clients.

This position focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the public and education sectors through targeted customer acquisition and strengthening existing relationships. It is designed for experienced professionals who want to concentrate fully on market development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new clients and manage sales opportunities
• Own client relationships from first contact through to project handover to delivery teams
• Work closely with practice and delivery leaders to align efforts
• Achieve annual sales targets of at least CHF 4 million

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in the mid-single-digit million range
• Direct connections to key clients including federal administration, cantons, major cities, and educational institutions
