This internship is part of the Ibex™ Solutions initiative, a biological development and manufacturing concept based in Visp, Switzerland. The position covers the full product lifecycle from preclinical to commercial stages, operating within a fast-paced, high-energy environment that mirrors a start-up culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the transfer of biopharmaceutical processes to manufacturing.
- Provide technical and scientific guidance to ensure production processes are efficient and robust.
- Focus specifically on downstream processing (DSP).
- Work closely with manufacturing teams.
- Help with process validation activities.
- Support deviation handling and change management procedures.
- Prepare documentation that complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a university student in engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio.
- Fluent English language skills.
