- Assist the Construction Management Team in finalizing construction punch items
- Support both Construction Management and Handover teams in resolving punch list items
- Handle administrative duties such as preparing punch closure documentation, Handover Folders, meeting invitations, and signature requests
- Verify punch closure status on-site
- Conduct on-site checks to confirm punch closure
- Provide ad hoc support to the Construction Manager
Requirements
