Responsibilities
- Oversee product change requests from start to finish, ensuring they reach manufacturing implementation.
- Update technical records, including Bills of Materials, product specifications, and engineering change logs.
- Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to track project status and aid decision-making.
- Manage release documentation for both prototype and serial components.
- Coordinate the introduction of new parts and manage phase-in/phase-out activities while assessing inventory effects.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to handle testing requests and ensure seamless product change execution.
- Support data management and reporting tasks using systems like Infor LN, Albatros, and SharePoint.
- Take an active role in developing and rolling out new business processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to boost production efficiency and refine change management workflows.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluent proficiency in both French and English.

- Experience with ERP systems, PLM tools, or data analysis techniques.
