This internship sits within Roche's large IT department, specifically supporting a change management team. The position focuses on delivering knowledge management solutions and involves coordinating with colleagues across the US and Europe to drive organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the US and Europe to implement complex technical solutions and facilitate organizational change.
- Take ownership of projects and share outcomes with the team.
- Partner with operational experts to handle content migrations, application development, content analysis, and AI/ML decision support.
- Gain experience managing support operations for internal and commercial content systems.
- Build a strong grasp of global business and IT workflows.
- Create educational and marketing materials for workshops and training sessions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program or graduated within 12 months of the start date, with a focus on Computer Science, Life Science, Pharma, IT, Neuroscience, or related fields.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Basic German language skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and comprehensively.
- Self-directed working approach.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
