Partners Group seeks an Investment professional to manage the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to active ownership and exit, driving value creation and market leadership.

This position requires managing the complete investment process, starting with identifying opportunities and conducting thorough due diligence, then moving into active ownership and value creation, and finally executing exits. The role emphasizes sourcing new deals, rigorously evaluating assumptions, and collaborating with founders and management teams to convert strategies into measurable results. Success in this role demands an owner's mindset, accountability, proactive communication, and a commitment to elevating companies to industry leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire investment lifecycle, including identifying deals, performing due diligence, actively owning assets, creating value, and executing exits.
• Identify and source new investment opportunities.
• Critically evaluate and challenge underlying assumptions.
• Partner with founders and management teams to translate strategic plans into concrete, measurable progress.
