Product & Client Solutions Specialist

LGT Capital Partners AG seeks a Product & Client Solutions Specialist in Pfäffikon to bridge investment and client teams, focusing on private market separate accounts and capital raising.

This position serves as the vital link between investment management and relationship management teams. The specialist oversees activities across the lifecycle of investment solutions, playing a key part in capital raising for funds and tailored client structures, with a primary emphasis on separate accounts in private markets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact point for institutional separate accounts, serving both clients and internal departments.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with investment, legal, tax, operations, and reporting teams.
• Partner with relationship managers to handle client interactions and coordinate answers to portfolio-specific inquiries.
• Develop custom client presentations and analyses, while addressing ad-hoc requests from prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee investment processes and prepare bespoke investment recommendations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in private markets, asset management, product management, or investor relations.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiastic professional with flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
