This internship program is designed for recent graduates to launch their careers in private markets investing. Participants will rotate through Portfolio Solutions, Investments, and Client Solutions to gain broad exposure to the firm's core functions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire practical investing experience by working through various rotational assignments.
• Work alongside professionals located in the firm's offices around the world.
• Enhance financial, analytical, and communication abilities via dedicated training and mentorship.

Requirements

• Graduation date must fall between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Demonstrated outstanding academic performance.
• Previous internship experience in a relevant field.
• Strong capabilities in analysis, quantitative reasoning, and clear communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and succeed in a fast-paced setting.
