Responsibilities

  • Direct IT operations and the digital workplace to ensure high performance.
  • Handle user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and device management.
  • Supervise helpdesk functions and service management to maintain quality standards.
  • Administer collaboration platforms and productivity software across the organization.
  • Enhance user satisfaction by implementing technological improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with security teams to uphold compliance and data protection protocols.
  • Control IT budgets, hardware assets, software licenses, and third-party vendor contracts.
  • Govern the application and SaaS portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive adoption of tools and ensure proper governance of the technology stack.
  • Negotiate software renewals and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Simplify the technology landscape to lower expenses and increase efficiency.
  • Work with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and optimizing technology spend.
  • Advise executive leadership on strategic technology choices.

Requirements

  • Over eight years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or digital workplace management.
  • Deep expertise in IT support, identity and access management, and device lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing SaaS governance, vendor relationships, and software licensing budgets.
  • Background in international, multi-site, or rapidly growing technology settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
  • Fluent proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with automation and AI tools within corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English.
