Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the global Neuroimmunology portfolio to maintain steady growth of the core business.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of product launches for advanced Neuroimmunology tools and automation systems.
  • Discover new market potential and convert scientific findings into practical commercial benefits.
  • Take part in international product launches, manage distributor relationships, and handle account management tasks.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects and work closely with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Review scientific literature and interpret diagnostic data to refine product positioning and enhance market understanding.
  • Deliver scientific and commercial presentations, communicating effectively with customers and senior medical professionals.
  • Travel internationally, starting with an initial expectation of 10%, which will increase over time.

Requirements

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Biology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, or medical devices industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge in immunology, data interpretation, and scientific literature analysis.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional team environments.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • A PhD is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to neuroimmunology, autoimmune diseases, peripheral neuropathies, ELISA technology, or diagnostic market structures.
  • Gained initial experience or exposure in product management, international markets, distributor management, or the IVDR regulatory framework.
  • Additional languages are advantageous.
