Junior Product Manager Virology

Gilead Sciences Switzerland seeks a Junior Product Manager for its virology portfolio in Zug. The role involves supporting brand strategy, lifecycle management, and local launch activities for HIV and liver disease products.

This position supports the implementation of brand strategies and tactical plans for the virology portfolio, covering HIV and liver diseases. The role contributes to lifecycle management for mature products and assists with local launch activities for new therapies, ensuring alignment with global strategy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare brand plans, track performance, and provide timely inputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support launch milestones.
• Translate global strategy and scientific data into compliant local materials.
• Support the development and rollout of promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing and executing cycle meetings, including content coordination.
• Work with Sales to support call plan execution and message consistency.
• Contribute to digital and omnichannel initiatives.
• Support timely content updates following scientific updates.
• Monitor digital initiative performance and summarize learnings.
• Participate in field visits to gain customer insights.
• Collect and summarize field feedback for marketing improvement.
• Build foundational understanding of customer needs in HIV and Liver areas.

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• First experience or strong interest in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience for Material Approvals in PromoMats.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Interest in virology, HIV and liver diseases.
• German, French is an advantage.
