Unisite AG seeks a Lab Technician for HPLC analysis in Kaiseraugst. This long-term contract role supports pharmaceutical innovators with routine testing and stability studies, offering a path to permanent employment.
The company provides integrated contract research services to leading pharmaceutical innovators. This position is based in Kaiseraugst with a full-time workload. It is structured as a temporary long-term engagement that may lead to a permanent role, depending on business needs and mutual fit.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine HPLC and UPLC analyses for product release testing.
- Manage stability studies utilizing various detectors such as UV, RI, ELSD, and CAD.
- Prepare mobile phases and analytical solutions required for testing.
- Execute analytical methods for purity and assay testing.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on analytical equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines.
Requirements
- Completed laboratory apprenticeship or degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biotechnology.
- 2–4 years hands-on experience in HPLC analytics.
- Experience with chromatography software (e.g. Chromeleon).
- Structured and reliable working style with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently within a laboratory team and follow established procedures.
- Very good command of English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with small molecules or synthetic APIs is an advantage.
- German or French is a plus.
