Solvias seeks a Mid-level Lab Technician to perform HPLC and Dissolution analyses for pharmaceutical release and stability testing within a GMP environment.

This position focuses on executing high-performance liquid chromatography and dissolution tests for small molecules and solid dosage forms. The role is integral to drug development programs, requiring the candidate to support method validation, verification, and data interpretation while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute HPLC procedures for release and stability testing of small molecules, utilizing various separation techniques.
  • Perform dissolution testing on all types of solid dosage forms for release and stability purposes.
  • Collaborate with the team on method validation and verification activities to advance drug development.
  • Analyze and interpret data generated by Computerized Data Systems (CDS).
  • Record analytical raw data in compliance with ALCOA+ principles across paper, CDS, and LIMS platforms.
  • Manage the maintenance, qualification, and operational control of analytical instruments.
  • Carry out general tasks to ensure the laboratory remains ready for GMP inspections and operations.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a laboratory technician within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong expertise in HPLC and UPLC techniques for pharmaceutical analysis.
  • Proficiency in operating and managing computerized laboratory systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with clear communication skills and a structured approach.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience using the Chromeleon software.
  • Background in dissolution analysis or compendial testing methods.
  • Working knowledge of the German language.
