Lead Business Analysis Avaloq

Swisscom seeks a Lead Business Analysis professional to head the Business Analysis Competence Center within the Avaloq ecosystem, combining strategic leadership with client advisory and team development.

This position serves as the Head of Business Analysis, tasked with establishing and growing the Business Analysis Competence Center. The role merges leadership duties with business development and delivery excellence, specifically focused on the Avaloq environment and the broader banking community.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the strategic evolution of business analysis services within the Avaloq framework.
• Actively promote and position services among banking industry stakeholders.
• Lead business development and pre-sales activities, including identifying new opportunities and securing client mandates.
• Coach and mentor staff in modern business analysis techniques and consulting methodologies.
• Provide senior-level advisory support for client projects involving banking transformations.
• Expand and guide a virtual team of business analysts.
• Drive the successful execution of new client mandates.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
• A university degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in setting up and developing consulting services or offerings.
• Strong capability to align business requirements with IT solutions effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Avaloq platform.
